the hotel has been recently refurbished and offers spectacular views of the mountain. the location is particularly great, surrounded by a snowy, magical forest and close to the slopes and a hilltop.

Absolutely gorgeous and nice room with amenities, the staff was outstanding.

Awesome restaurant and breakfast menu. In-room sauna was errr cool! Staff superb throughout. Not cheap eating but good value for the quality!

Restaurant prices could be a little lower out of season but hey, that level of quality needs a fair revenue stream.

The staff was really nice and the room was big. Sauna was a lovely extra and we got a room with a nice view.

The wireless internet worked only at the reception area. Would be good to have it also in the rooms.

we had a meal there and the food was great, the reception staff helped us organise our onward journey, fab experience, sauna in our room was good too.

The staff here were polite and understanding, and the room was extremely spacious, spotless, and had a neat private bathroom.

we felt warm here and totally recommend the place. everything was great, stunning location right by the snowy, truly magical forest and next to the slopes as well as the city center, fantastic experience.

This place is impeccably clean with stunning views, making it an ideal choice for a stay here.

The reservation was a "twin room with sauna", in fact no sauna inside but the same price, it's a shame. Moreover, our room (N°103) was noisy, you seem to sleep in the coridor, hearing all the people speaking inside, and in the morning (at 6.30 am) you have the buses just in front of your window, with the engine running. For 175€ per night it's lamentable

We had a really good stay during our visit. the comfort room we stayed in was modern and had a sofa bed in the lounge. - the location next to Ounasvaara mountain and downtown through the forest was absolutely perfect.

the in room saunna is pretty sweet, and the restaurant is fabulous!!!!!!! also it is right next to the sky track, so it is a plus if you have time go skiing.

it is not really easily reached, we have to take the taxi to go into the city or to the airport. there were also constructions going on on our floor during our stay, so the hallway has a really weird cement/construction smell, and some noise issues during the day, but other than that it was pretty good.

Not in the city place. Therefore we had to call taxi every time we go to city central.
